Job Description
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries in person, by telephone, or by email.
- Maintain an updated knowledge of the TAMsys services, and customer service policies.
- Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties.
- Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance.
- Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits.
- Assist clients by demonstrating the use of goods and programs and answering any questions they may have.
- Support TAMsys team in testing and improving on current product.
- Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs.
Key skills and qualifications needed for the role:
Candidate should have a minimum experience of 2-3 years in a similar field with:
- Tech with 1-2 years experience.
- Interest and understanding of IoT based products
- Excellent communication skills in English Hindi. Any other language (Especially South Indian) will be an added advantage.
- Clear and confident voice.
- 1-2 years experience in telemarketing of financial, concept based or other such products.
- Good command over MS excel.
