Attend customer service calls (scheduled and emergency both) as per the direction from Service Manager
Attend scheduled preventive maintenance calls.
Conduct demos to the customers as and when required.
Take feedback from the customer on TESSOL system performance and reliability and give feedback to design, operations and sales on all issues and jointly help resolve the same.
Supervise installation and commissioning activities at customer or at service partner s location.
Provide support and training to service partners.
Ensure 100 % uptime of all products.
Key skills and qualifications needed for the role:
Refrigeration Technician/ Diploma/B.Tech holder with 2+ experience in service and able to handle small teams.
Thorough understanding of refrigeration cycle and related components mandatory
Good communication skills in English Hindi. Any other language (Especially South Indian) will be an added advantage.
Good command over MS excel and Word
Candidate should be willing to travel extensively.
The candidate will have to manage the 24*7 customer service helpline number of TESSOL and so should be available to resolve queries or offer support at odd-times and on holidays if need be.
