A human resources (HR) manager manages and oversees all employee-related functions in an organization. Responsibilities are as follows,

• Planning and implementing: Develop and implement policies, programs, and practices to improve the organization's human resources
• Should be an expert in administration and negotiation skills.
• Recruiting: Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
• Training: Establishes and conducts orientation and training programs
• Compensation and benefits: Oversees benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to attract and retain top talent
• Employee relations: Handles employee relations, addressing issues such as grievances, performance management, and disciplinary actions
• Compliance: Ensure the organizations compliance with local and state regulations (Salary, PF, ESIC, LWF, PT, S&E)
• Documentation: Develops, maintains, and improves documentation related to the HR functions
• Strategic planning: Helps to align the workforce with the organization's goals and objectives
• Promoting culture: Promotes corporate values and shapes a positive culture
• Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
• Maintain HR systems and processes
• Supervising all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team
• Attending interdepartmental meetings with other managers
• Knowledge in Right-Sizing, Retrenchment, Lay Off, Terminations, and Resignations.
