AR callers play a vital role in the healthcare revenue cycle, Responsible for contacting insurance companies and patients to follow up on outstanding medical claims. Navigates complex billing and coding processes to ensure accurate reimbursement for healthcare services. ensuring timely payment, maximizing revenue, and minimizing financial losses for healthcare providers.

• Contacting parties: AR callers contact patients, insurance companies, and other responsible parties to resolve unpaid or denied medical claims.
• Reviewing claims: AR callers review claims by calling the payer or using an IVR or web portal.
• Asking questions: AR callers ask relevant questions based on the claim issue and record the responses.
• Preparing call notes: AR callers prepare call notes that include corrective measures.
• Recording actions: AR callers record their actions and post notes on the customer's revenue cycle platform.
• Explaining billing statements: AR callers clearly explain billing statements to patients.
• Negotiating payment plans: AR callers negotiate payment plans with patients.
• Resolving billing discrepancies: AR callers resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintaining records: AR callers maintain proper records and follow compliance regulations.
• Supporting internal teams: AR callers support internal teams with complex problems.
• Contributing to data analysis: AR callers contribute to data analysis to identify billing trends.
