AR Caller / Sr AR Caller

We have an exciting opportunity for AR Callers with good domain knowledge for International Semi Voice support.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• File claims using all appropriate forms and attachments.
• Research account denials and file written appeals, when necessary.
• Evaluate the information received from the client to determine which insurance to bill and attain necessary attachments or supporting documentation to send with each claim.
• Research account information to determine the necessary attachments or supporting documentation to send with each claim.
• Ensure the integrity of each claim that is billed.
• Document in detail all efforts in CUBS system and any other computer system necessary.
• Verify patient information and benefits.
• Appeal accounts in writing.
• Draft letters to clients.

1. HR round
2. Versant Assessment
3. Operations manager round

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates with 1 year experience into AR Calling
• Prior experience into HB Authorization / Physician Billing / UB04 Claim / RCM / EPIC software would be an added advantage.
• Will have excellent growth opportunities with organization
• Transport boundary would be 23KM from office
• One way cab will be provided
• Another way shuttle services will be provided till or from raidurg metro station
