About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team and work on creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our web-based widget platform. This platform focuses on dynamic configuration of widgets such as
forms, lists, tables, and dashboards. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in UI/UX principles, user research, and
interactive design, with the ability to transform complex workflows into simple, delightful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. User-Centered Design:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design ideas and workflows.
- Translate requirements into seamless, intuitive user journeys.
- Design for both novice and advanced users, ensuring accessibility and usability.

2. Widget Design and Interaction:
- Develop intuitive designs for various widget configurations, including:
- Basic: General settings for widgets (size, collapsible features, themes).
- Mapping: Drag-and-drop interfaces to map JSON/API fields to widget fields.
- Validation: Interactive designs for input validations and real-time feedback.
- Formatting: Configurable styles for data types, prefix/suffix, alignment.
- Actions: Interfaces for configuring button actions, API calls, and event triggers.

3. Interactive Features:
- Design and implement screens for Tree View and List View for data selection.
- Develop Retrospective Configuration screens for:
- JSON Input (manual entry with validation feedback).
- Database connection setup and metadata fetching.

4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers and developers to align design goals with technical feasibility.
- Incorporate user feedback into iterative design improvements.
- Provide design assets and documentation to developers for implementation.

5. Responsive Design:
- Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Create layouts that adapt seamlessly to different screen sizes and resolutions.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on web applications and tools.

- Experience designing for configurable and dynamic interfaces is a plus.

- Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Understanding of HTML/CSS for creating responsive designs.

- Familiarity with UI frameworks like Material Design, Ant Design, or Chakra UI.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.

- Experience with data visualization and dynamic forms is preferred.
