Unifyed is seeking a full-time Senior User Experience Designer to join our growing company. Senior User Experience Designers are focused on creating remarkable user-centric experiences for Unifyed customers. This role is based out of Unifyeds corporate offices in Sector 33, Gurugram, Haryana. Candidates outside of this area should consider this before applying.

The Senior User Experience Designer partners with our product management and development teams to deliver solutions that are usable, feasible, valuable, and viable. They apply their skills and experience to translate product discovery work into a user experience that is innovative and engaging.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the UX design process from initial concepts to high fidelity prototypes.
• Leverage and enhance the design system of user-centric design components.
• Collaborate with the product team to prioritize user experience needs.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes based on customer discovery.
• Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs.
• Be a champion for user experience principles and an advocate for the user.

Required Skills:

• A minimum of 5 years specifically in user experience design.
• Strong portfolio of responsive user experience projects.
• Proven experience with design software (Figma, Adobe XD, etc).
• Proficient with HTML and CSS. React.js is a plus.
• Experience leading user research and usability testing.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Must have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelors degree in Interaction Design, Computer Science or equivalent experience
