Position Summary:
As the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of TEMS Tech Solutions technology strategy. You will oversee all technological aspects of the company, including product development, IT infrastructure, and technical operations, ensuring that our technology is scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. This is an equity-based role with the opportunity to invest in the company and earn equity based on your impact and contributions
Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy : Develop and execute the company s overall technology vision and strategy to support business growth and meet market demands. Ensure alignment with the company s short- and long-term business objectives.
- Product Development : Lead the development and enhancement of technology products and services, ensuring they are innovative, scalable, and meet the needs of clients across various industries (AI, blockchain, data analytics, cybersecurity, etc.).
- Team Leadership : Build, manage, and mentor the engineering and technology teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Technology Innovation : Stay on top of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation within the company s products and services.
- Technology Infrastructure : Oversee the development and maintenance of the company s IT infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, reliable, and scalable to support business operations.
- Security Compliance : Ensure that the company s technology adheres to best practices in security, data protection, and regulatory compliance. Work with the cybersecurity team to identify and mitigate risks.
- Budget and Resource Management : Collaborate with the CFO to manage the technology budget and resources efficiently, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of projects.
- Collaboration with Leadership : Work closely with the CEO, COO, and other C-level executives to ensure technology initiatives are aligned with business goals and drive growth
- Client Interaction : Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and how TEMS Tech Solutions technology can be leveraged to deliver value. Act as a technical liaison and solution architect for key clients.
- Scalability and Performance : Ensure that all technology platforms are scalable and optimized for performance, handling increased demand as the company grows.
- Technical Problem Solving : Provide leadership and expertise in solving complex technical challenges, from software development to infrastructure optimization
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MS, MBA) preferred
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing engineering teams, scaling technology products, and driving innovation in high-growth environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in multiple technology domains, including AI, blockchain, data analytics, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, cloud infrastructure, and product lifecycle management.
- Experience with managing complex technical projects from concept to execution, with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
Skills and Competencies:
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage a cross-functional team of engineers and developers.
- Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills, with a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients

Note : This role is equity-based with no fixed salary until funding is secured. The CTO role is ideal for a technology visionary with a passion for driving innovation and leading teams to deliver impactful technological solutions
