Digital Transformation Consultant

Job summary/overview -

• Under the Teleperformance's Strategy of Digital Integration Business Solutions, to perform projects within the scope of T.A.P. transformation methodology focused around Technology, Analytics and Process Excellence;
• Understand & comprehend client requirements and ensure the project is completed on time and within budget;
• Participate in preliminary business needs and business processes analysis;
• Design an "AS IS" to "TO BE" Roadmap;
• Participate on the execution of various Transformation Technology Projects which includes delivering every project on time within budget and scope.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support project initiatives, including identifying and analyzing preliminary business needs, business processes;
• Participate in due diligence to identify processes and document SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and draw process maps as per BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) standards;
• Ability to understand the business needs and the workflow of the management and the administration tasks;
• Ability to dissect up from business requirements and realize true business need in order to identify opportunities;
• Create and Analyze "AS IS" Workflows. Create and Analyze "TO BE" Workflows;
• Ability to create, execute, and maintain an "AS IS" to "TO BE" Roadmap;
• Re-Design Business Processes;
• Document and Present Business Processes;
• Create and Analyze Business Strategies;
• Create and Analyze Process Maps;
• Identify Process Improvement opportunities;
• Understand critical business and information technology risks;
• Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, and related standards;
• Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement;
• Identify opportunities for improvement and bottlenecks through waste analysis and consistency analysis. Analyze incoming work/demand and workload allocation methods;
• Be a true team member in Teleperformance Portugal focused in the success of the company:
• Interaction with other departments in order to improve and or maximize the project(s) results;
• Be an active part in the process of continuous improvement, proposing improvement and innovation methods across the department and the company (producing fresh and imaginative ideas and solutions);
• Ensure all Teleperformance processes, procedures and policies are fulfilled, including but not limited to GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation, GECSP - Global Essential Compliance, Information Security Policies, HR, etc;
• Communicate to leadership any known infractions of these Corporate Policies and procedures immediately;
• Decision Making.

Work Experience

Need to have relevant work experience in Business Transformation Consultant: approx. 2-5 years of experience with experience in at least one of the areas below (good to have)

.Business Process Re-engineering,. Transformation, .Lean Six Sigma, .RPA (Robot Process Automation) .Machine Learning .Project & Program Management

• Proven working experience as a project manager (both waterfall and agile) and/or leading teams in the information technology sector.

Special Certifications

(if appropriate; identify if required to perform the job or just preferred)

• Certified lean Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus;
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Must have in-depth knowledge of Business Process Mapping and Modelling, Digital Transformation Levers;
• Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office;

• Analytical Ability and Problem Solving: outstanding analytic and problem-solving skills as well as a strong ability to dissect up from business requirements and realize true business need in order to identify opportunities;
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and exposure to international assignments and/or client engagement with the ability to communicate at all levels;
• Writing and reporting skills: excellent skills in order to translate the conversations and the current working procedures into a documented business process;
• Planning & Organizing: Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
