Position- Customer Support Executive ( Voice Process)

• Work From Office
• 24/7 Rotational Shifts
• 5 days Working and 2 week offs ( both rotational)

Requirements:

• Good English Communication Skills
• UG/ Graduate can apply
• Freshers can also apply
• Should be comfortable working in Rotational Shifts ( mostly Night Shifts)

Responsibilities:-

• Handling Customer Inquiries Through channels like chat and calls.
• Provide assistance and support to the customers with their queries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow company policies and procedures while addressing customer needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient customer service delivery.
• Adhere to quality standards and KPIs set by the company.
• Salary- 15k CTC + 1k PLI ( after successful completion of training)
• Full time Permanent Job
