Position- Customer Support Executive ( voice Process)

• Work From Office
• 24/7 Rotational Shifts
• 5 days working and 2 days rotational week off
• Salary range- 15k CTC to 17k CTC + 1k PLI ( after successful completion of training)
• Full time Permanent Job

Requirements:

• Good English & Hindi Communication Skills
• UG/ Graduate can apply
• Freshers can also apply
• Should be comfortable working in Rotational Shifts
• No casual leaves allowed for the first 3 months

Responsibilities:-

Handling Customer Inquiries Through channels like chat and calls. Provide assistance and support to the customers with their queries. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.- Follow company policies and procedures while addressing customer needs.- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient customer service delivery.- Adhere to quality standards and KPIs set by the company.
