Position- Customer Support Executive ( International Chat Process)

• Work From Office
• 24/7 Rotational Shifts
• 5 days Working and 2 week offs ( both rotational)
• Both side cabs ( Depending upon the hiring zone)

Requirements:

• Good English Communication Skills
• UG/ Graduate can apply
• Freshers can also apply
• Should be comfortable working in Rotational Shifts ( mostly Night Shifts)

Responsibilities:

- Handling Customer Inquiries Through channels like chat and calls.

- Provide assistance and support to the customers with their queries.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Follow company policies and procedures while addressing customer needs.

- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient customer service delivery.

- Adhere to quality standards and KPIs set by the company.

• Salary- 25k- 30k CTC
