Job summary/overview
The Recruiter is responsible for national and international recruitment and selection processes,
in order to sustain the growth of Teleperformance Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
Teams and to recruit and select the best possible talent.
The Recruiter recruit and select CSR´s based on the profile and employee specified by the
partner, within the deadlines, taking into consideration the volume and desired operating hours.
Key responsibilities and
accountabilities
(may perform other duties as requested, not specifically addressed in this document)
Researching job markets across Europe and finding new recruitment sources;
Creating job ads to support recruitment;
Managing the selection process and keeping the applications database updated;
Analyze CVs and make pre-selection calls, both with local and international applicants from
all over Europe;
Validating applicants language skills, technical skills and soft skills required;
Organizing, preparing and executing selection activities, such as (online) selection test,
group dynamics and interviews;
Managing relocation support from applicants from abroad;
Presenting a final short-lists of selected candidates;
Be a true team member in Teleperformance Portugal focused in the success of the
company;
Interaction with other departments in order to improve and or maximize the project(s)
results;
Be an active part in the processes of continuous improvement, proposing improvement and
innovations methods across the department and the company (producing fresh and
imaginative ideas and solutions);
Communicate to leadership any known infractions of these Corporate Policies and
procedures immediately;
Ensure all Teleperformance processes, procedures and policies are fulfilled, including but
not limited to GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation, GECSP - Global Essential
Compliance, Information Security Policies, HR, etc.
May perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document.

Main Job Requirements
Education and specific Training
High School;
Higher Education Degree - preferential;
Fluency in English or another language - depending on the target market.
Training to be given:
Recruiters Foundation
Work Experience
Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection - preferential;
International experience is a plus.
Special Certifications
(if appropriate; identify if required to perform the job or just preferred)

Required Skills
Technical Skills Hiring Requirements:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Ability to use Internet applications.
