Director - Learning & Development

Director L&D is responsible for taking ownership of Leadership L&D intervention, Responsible for Strategy making and Execution of Leadership Intervention.

• Identify Leadership Training and development needs.
• Analyse our training programs to identify areas of opportunity and learning needs to refine and improve them for maximum effectiveness.
• Lead process training function for Self, People and Business group.
• Consult, design, schedule, and facilitate practical learning approaches that are fully scoped and scalable.
• Overlook the instructional design of content for both specialists and our global audience.
• Undertake the analysis and evaluation of existing approaches to ensure that materials, content, and delivery methods are relevant.
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs through different models.
• Work closely Leadership Team to identify opportunities for process improvement in Training.
• Facilitate Training programs for Directors and above within the group on an ad-hoc basis.
• Design and apply communication strategy to share best practices and news updates with our network and C-Level Management.
• Work on troubleshooting training issues on-site and virtually.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for learning and development, including identifying training needs and developing training programs to address them.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop training programs in leadership development and conflict resolution areas.
• Provide guidance and counselling on personal development issues related to career planning and goal setting.
• Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and recommend ways to improve performance where needed.
• Create organizational culture through communication strategies that align with company values.
• Develop training materials and provide training services to Director and above to ensure they are meeting their job requirements.
• Develop and implement a succession plan for critical positions in the organization, including identifying future leaders and creating development plans for them.
• Review new technologies for training applications and recommend practical leadership.
