Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Udupi. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, or B2B sales. This role involves lead generation, customer engagement, and driving sales conversions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through field sales, cold calling, and networking.
- Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer the right solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer data using CRM tools.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and excellent customer service.
- Travel within Udupi and surrounding areas to meet clients and drive sales.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, retail, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Udupi for sales meetings.
- Experience in life insurance, loans, financial services, or direct selling.
- Strong networking and customer acquisition skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
