Job Summary:
An enthusiastic Business Development Representative (BDR) with two years of field sales experience is needed to join our growing team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Use field sales, networking, and referrals to find and create new company opportunities.
- Build and preserve a solid rapport with both current and prospective customers.
- To close deals, conduct talks, sales presentations, and product demos.
- Assess potential customers and effectively manage the sales funnel.
- Work together with the marketing and sales departments to maximize lead generation and conversion tactics.
- Stay abreast on industry advancements, competition, and market trends.
- Monitor and communicate sales performance indicators while offering guidance for ongoing development.
- Respond to questions and concerns as soon as you can to guarantee client satisfaction.
- To increase the visibility of your business, take part in networking events, trade exhibits, and industry gatherings.
Candidate Profile:
- Two years or more of field sales experience is required.
- Demonstrated ability to reach or surpass sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
- The capacity to work both alone and cooperatively in a hectic setting.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-driven and focused on achieving outcomes.
