We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team.

Roles & Responsibility :

- Conduct research to identify and generate new business leads through various channels

- Initiate outbound communications to potential customers and partners, effectively articulating the company's value proposition.

- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, decision-making process, and potential fit for our solutions.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads qualified meetings, demos.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential market opportunities to effectively engage prospects.

Candidate profile :

- Education: Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.

Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to engage with and influence decision-makers at various levels.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
