Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Representative

The Channel Sales Manager for the Agency Channel will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation through the agency network for the company's insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

- To grow the channel, find new agency possibilities and hire more agents.

- To increase sales, make sure agents are always engaged and motivated.

- Provide continuous training and support to agents to improve their knowledge of products and sales techniques.

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with agencies, ensuring mutual business success.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Graduation is Mandatory

Age: minimum 21 Years and Maximum 38 Years

Fixed CTC +Bonus (250000 LPA to 350000 LPA)

Working Condition

Travel: Regular travel may be required to meet with agents and agency partners.

Work Schedule: Full-time, with occasional flexibility needed for field visits and meetings outside standard hours.
