Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-4 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our real estate division.

Roles And Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

- Identify and nurture new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and partnerships.

- Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to optimize performance and productivity.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Requirement :

Min 1+ year of experience in Any Sales/Marketing

Qualification- Graduation mandatory

CTC- Up To 4.00 LPA+ Incentive + Other Benefit
