Executive - Field Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)

We are looking for a motivated and goal-driven Field Sales Executive to join our agency team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, increasing market share, and meeting sales goals within a specific territory. This position requires significant fieldwork, building lasting relationships with potential clients, and clearly conveying the benefits of our life insurance offerings.

Location : Bongaigaon

Salary Package : 2.20 LPA - 3.20 LPA

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and agents to foster long-term loyalty.

- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

- Follow company sales procedures and ensure compliance with all guidelines.

- Provide accurate and timely reports and sales forecasts.

- Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements:

- Graduation Degree is a must.

- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

- Self-driven and results-focused with a strong desire to achieve.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Valid life insurance license or the willingness to obtain one.
