To manage the sale of insurance products via the Agency Channel, we are hiring an Insurance Sales Manager. Recruiting and training agents, overseeing their licensing and activation, and encouraging business growth in the specified area are all part of the job description.

Main Role:

- By hiring, educating, and overseeing agents, you may increase sales through the Agency Channel.

- Make sure each agent has the appropriate license and activation.

- To establish rapport and monitor progress, schedule frequent meetings with agents, lead providers, and intermediaries.

- Keep thorough records of all conversations and business dealings

Profile of the Preferred Candidate:

- It is required to graduate.

- Two years or more of field sales experience at any open market.
