Manager - Outside Sales - BFSI (1-2 yrs)

Responsibility:

- Hire and train new agents.

Requirements:

- Two or more years of insurance sales or agency management experience.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Knowledge in life insurance policies.

- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
