Area Sales Officer - Insurance (2-7 yrs)

We are looking for a motivated Area Sales Officer to drive sales, build customer relationships, and achieve targets within a designated region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and promoting our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and meet sales targets within the assigned area.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retailers, and distributors.

- Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.

- Execute sales strategies and promotions.

- Provide regular reports on sales activities and challenges.

Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of field sales experience (preferably in FMCG or B2B).

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.

- Knowledge of local market trends.
