Your main responsibility as a Field Sales Executive in the Agency Channel will be to increase insurance sales through agency networks. Together with growing the agency network, increasing agent productivity, and hitting sales targets, your duties will also include hiring, developing, and assisting insurance agents.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment and development plans for agencies.
- Find, hire, and train competent agents in insurance.
- Offer guidance and assistance to enhance the performance of agents.
- Be the team leader and motivator for agency development.
- Verify that all operations adhere to legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience selling insurance products.
- Good at building relationships.
- Strong sales skills.
- Willing to travel to meet agents and customers.
- Age: 21 to 38
- Experience: Min 1 + years of experience in sales & Marketing (BFSI & insurance)
- Must have local candidate
