Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to meet business objectives.

- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.

- Define and communicate partner success criteria, sales targets, and incentives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure long-term success.

- Provide partners with necessary training, tools, and resources to effectively sell the companies products or services.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align channel efforts with market demands.

- CTC Upto : 3.80 LPA + On Roll Job + Other Benefits

Desired Candidate :

- Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.

- Experience : 1 to 2 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
