Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-3 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with bank branches to promote and sell insurance products.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and clients.

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

- Conduct product training sessions for bank employees.

- Achieve sales targets through effective cross-selling and upselling strategies.

What We're Looking For:

- 1-3 years of experience in banking, insurance, or sales.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.

- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Self-motivated and result-oriented professional.

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
