Job Title: Executive - Field sales
Job Overview
In the Agency vertical, the Channel Sales Manager is in charge of recruiting, training, and managing the performance of agents as well as the agency distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan recruitment campaigns, interact with potential agents, and evaluate their credentials.
- Assign agents specific sales goals and keep a careful eye on their progress to make sure they are reached.
- Provide agents with an organized training program to improve their customer service, sales, and product expertise.
- Create and preserve a solid rapport with channel partners and high-achieving agents.
- To comprehend consumer demands, rival activity, and possible growth segments, conduct market research.
Desired candidate profile
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale (Minimum 1 + Years Experience in Insurance)
Age: minimum 21 years and max 38 Years
Fic CTC + incentive (220000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)
Minimum 1 +Years Experience in Insurance sector
