About the Role:

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will support the Sales Development Manager in driving sales and managing a team of Insurance Advisors. You'll be responsible for recruitment, training, and ensuring team targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruiting and training Insurance Advisors.

- Support the implementation of sales strategies.

- Monitor and evaluate team performance.

- Assist in achieving business targets through effective management.

Key Qualifications:

- 1-2+ years in sales or marketing.

- Graduate degree.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Age: 22 to 35 years.

Local candidates preferred.

Compensation:

Salary (CTC): - 3.20 LPA to - 3.80 LPA
