Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities
- Include developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our agency network.
- Lead, supervise, and inspire the sales team to ensure exceptional performance and achievement of targets.
- Form and sustain relationships with agency partners to encourage mutual growth and loyalty.
- To help with lead generation, identify new market prospects, and carry out marketing campaigns.
- Organize regular training sessions to help the sales force develop its skills and competence.
- Examine sales data, market trends, and competitor behavior to make necessary strategy revisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize marketing and sales strategies.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing relevant information to senior management.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in any subject.
- One year of sales and marketing experience,as well as excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Having a bicycle and a valid driver's license
