Growth Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Growth Manager to lead strategies that drive revenue, user acquisition, and customer engagement. This role involves analyzing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and collaborating across teams to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute growth strategies to boost user acquisition and retention.

- Analyze data to identify trends and optimize performance.

- Work with marketing and product teams to implement growth initiatives.

- Explore and test new customer acquisition channels.

- Track and report key performance metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- 1+ years of experience in growth marketing or business development.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proven ability to drive measurable growth.

Candidates Requirements :
