Area Sales Manager - BFSI (1-5 yrs)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Area Sales Manager to join our team and play a key role in expanding our sales efforts. This position focuses on identifying and qualifying potential leads to support the sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct thorough research to identify and evaluate new business leads.

- Maintain and update a comprehensive lead database, tracking all outreach activities.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement targeted outreach strategies.

- Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media channels.

- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree required.

- 1-2 years of experience in field sales.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Self-motivated and proactive, with a collaborative , team-oriented mindset.

- Must be local to the area.
