Sales Development Role - BFSI (1-8 yrs)

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and setting up meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prospect and generate new leads through research, cold calling, and networking.

- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and pass them to the sales team for follow-up.

- Collaborate with account executives to ensure smooth handoffs and pipeline growth.

- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and align with the right insurance solutions.

- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and qualification targets.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- 1-8 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation.

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus, but not required.
