Sales Development Role - Insurace (1-5 yrs)

Location: Ajmer

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to help identify and qualify potential leads, providing essential support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify leads using various sources.

- Evaluate and qualify leads according to set criteria.

- Maintain an organized database of leads and track outreach efforts.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies.

- Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, or social media.

- Schedule appointments for the sales team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation or sales support.

- Strong communication skills.

- Self-motivated and a team player.

Compensation:

- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA
