Manager - Field Sales (2-4 yrs)

Functions and Accountabilities :

- Create and implement effective, user-friendly marketing plans

- Preserve connections with publishers and media suppliers to guarantee cooperation in marketing initiatives.

- Use a variety of KPIs to track campaign progress and provide performance reports.

- Work together with managers to create budgets and keep an eye on spending.

- Launch and oversee surveys to gauge client needs and commitment.

- Finding advertising opportunities and running press ads; interacting with target audiences and maintaining relationships with customers.

- Keeping client databases current and maintained; planning and participating in gatherings including exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and receptions;

- Performing market research, such as through focus groups and customer questionnaires;

- Supporting the marketing manager and other coworkers; managing budgets; assessing marketing campaigns; keeping an eye on rival activity; and participating in and creating marketing plans and strategies.

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
