Job Title: Senior Agency Development Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Senior Agency Development Manager to lead and expand our agency network. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in building and developing high-performing agency teams. The successful candidate will drive agency growth, profitability, and overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agency Performance Evaluation: Analyze agency performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Training and Coaching: Create and deliver effective training programs to enhance agent performance and sales capabilities.
- Incentive Program Management: Develop and introduce incentive plans to motivate top agents and recognize their achievements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities within the agency channel adhere to regulatory standards and company policies.
- Leadership and Culture Building: Provide leadership, guidance, and foster a high-performance, positive culture within the agency network.
Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proven experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
