Solution Architect - Google Cloud Platform (6-15 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced GCP Solution Architect who can lead and deliver scalable cloud solutions. This role requires expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microservices, ETL, and MLOps, along with the ability to architect, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX, database, and DevOps engineers, to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of 10-15 engineers to ensure successful project execution

- Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to delivery and maintenance

- Take ownership of technical architecture, development, security, and deployment strategies

- Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and cloud security policies

- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Google Cloud (GCP)

- Design cloud-based Microservices architecture for various applications

- Develop and optimize ETL pipelines and MLOps workflows using Flyte or similar tools

- Build and maintain REST APIs and GraphQL services with Python

- Ensure seamless collaboration with UI/UX teams working on ReactJS and TypeScript

- Work with database engineers to optimize PostgreSQL performance and scalability

- Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitOps, Kubernetes, Flyte, and GCP

- Ensure automated deployment and monitoring of applications on the cloud

- Optimize cloud environments for high availability, security, and scalability

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges across UI/UX, APIs, Microservices, ETL, and MLOps

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in cloud architecture, software development, and team management

- Proven expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Hands-on experience in Microservices architecture, ETL Pipelines, and MLOps workflows

- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in REST APIs and GraphQL

- Experience with ETL & MLOps using Flyte or similar tools

- Familiarity with ReactJS and TypeScript to support UI/UX development teams

- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and database management principles

- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, Kubernetes, and DevOps methodologies

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting capabilities

- Excellent leadership and project management skills with experience handling teams
