Job Title: Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the full sales process of the organization. This role involves overseeing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and ensuring the achievement of growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze market trends to create effective sales strategies and enhance existing ones.

- Enforce company sales policies at the operational level and manage disciplinary actions when necessary.

- Recruit, train, and lead sales teams in different regions to meet sales targets.

- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, to generate and nurture leads.

Requirements:

- Any graduate.

- Previous experience in fieldwork is essential.

- Experience in sales and insurance is preferred.

- Age range: 21 to 38.

- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing, particularly in BFSI or insurance sectors.

- Preference will be given to local candidates.
