Compensation: - 2.20 LPA to - 3.20 LPA + Incentives & Benefits (CTC up to - 3.50 LPA)

We are seeking an energetic Front Line Sales Manager to lead a team of sales executives. You will be responsible for setting performance goals, coaching your team, and executing sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Conduct training sessions to improve team performance and skill development.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to align with team goals and company objectives.

- Track sales activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Graduation is mandatory.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.

Skills: Strong leadership, mentoring, and motivational abilities. Excellent organizational and time-#management skills.
