- Develop a good relationship with customers and build financial advisors from own reference

- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales and generate business from them

- Ensure partners are well-equipped to sell the company's services

- They develop and implement sales strategies, create sales targets, and build incentive programs.

- They also manage the sales process, including lead and opportunity management.

Must :

- 2-6 years in any sales or marketing

- Any graduation complete

- Must from native place or 3+ years in current city with family

- Age limit : 23-38 years

- Good stability in past employment
