Job Description
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Keep prospective client database updated.
- Monthly target is mandatory to achieve.
- Negotiating and contracting of rates, special offers, allocation, release periods, terms conditions for hospitality industry.
- Analyzing the product of our different competitors in order to ensure our best conditions in the market
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
- Analyzing opportunities for opening of new destinations and product development
- Assisting in resolving complaints and administrative issues of our customers, vendors etc.
- Coordinating with the Head Office team.
- Should be a good team member and with ability and willingness to learn.
- Excellent Communication skills both verbal & written.
- We are looking for a self-start, highly motivated Business Development Executive to increase client base.
- Dynamic personality with good negotiation skills.
- Candidate should have high energy, go-getter, and a proactive personality.
- Fresh Graduate or Post Graduate with 0 - 2 years of experience Who will like to build their career in the field of sales and marketing.
- The ideal candidate would be a Self motivate Youngster. Can be a fresh graduation with fire or an experienced sales professional.
