Growth Wizards is seeking a Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, and driving the sales process to close business deals.
Your role will also involve conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying innovative channels for business growth. You will play a key role in supporting the expansion of Growth Wizards through effective business development and strategic marketing efforts.
Qualifications:- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development Executive or similar role. Proven success in identifying and converting new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. Strong understanding of marketing strategies and sales techniques. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
