Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Data Strategy Architect to lead data migration and strategy projects, ensuring seamless transitions and effective data management.

The candidate will play a critical role in planning, mapping, and executing data transformations for complex systems, including Salesforce and other CRM platforms.

This is a key leadership position requiring excellent technical expertise and strong client-facing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end data migration processes, including data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and validation.

- Specialize in Salesforce and other CRM systems for data migration and integration.

- Develop and execute comprehensive data strategies, including mapping and transformation plans, to ensure seamless system integration.

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand requirements, manage expectations, and provide strategic insights for optimal solutions.

- Address and simplify the challenges of data migration, ensuring data integrity and smooth transitions.

- Work with cross-functional teams, including development and business stakeholders, to align data strategies with business goals.

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for data architecture, strategy, and migration processes.

Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in data strategy, migration, and architecture.

- Proven expertise in Salesforce data migration and integration with other CRM systems.

- Strong knowledge of ETL tools and processes, data mapping, and transformation methodologies.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions and expectation management.

- Ability to handle complex data migration challenges effectively.

- Experience in leading data-driven projects from strategy to execution
