Digital Business Analyst (6-8 yrs)

Digital BA :

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's in Engineering with 6-8+ years of work experience in working in a rapidly evolving digital landscape, including new and evolving innovations such as artificial intelligence, SaaS, and more.

- Strong observational, logical thinking and analytical skills with ability to analyze business's entire digital footprint and possess the analytical know-how to determine how even subtle changes to the ways programs and platforms are engaged can affect performance.

- Diverse technical knowledge including fundamentals of SEO, hosting and content management, automation systems, graphic design, and other important digital skillsets along with an eye for design will be an added plus.

- Experience in implementation of Website and CMS will be preferred

- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Design teams, Architects, Developers, Testers is a must.

- Interpersonal and excellent communication skills are required to be able to produce documentation and articulate well during presentations to senior CXO stakeholders from the client's team

- Excellent multitasking skills and task management strategies

- Ability to complete milestones and work toward multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities :

- Work with Client team and Mphasis Architects to define / elaborate requirements of appropriate transformation programs.

- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to execute Analysis of requirements and Design solutions

- Assist in creating Application Road Map

- Assist in mapping Technology to Applications

- Assist in creating options analysis documentation that will support decision making in the selection of appropriate digital technology.

- Maintain Client's Application Data Center Road map

- Creation of appropriate artefacts (e.g. user stories, use cases, traceability matrix etc) in agreement with the Customer for appropriate transformation programs.

- Updated Client's Application Data Center Roadmap Document on an ongoing basis.

- Minutes of meeting and actions from discussions on the scope of this contract, wherever applicable.

- Output from Options Analysis as applicable and required.
