Test Engineer - Generative AI (3-6 yrs)

Job Description :

- Essentially, we are looking for Strong Python skilled resource having automation testing experience.

- Experienced in testing AI/ML Models and LLM is plus.

- Exposure to Python library : NumPy, Scikit-learn & TensorFlow plus is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience developing functional tests (e.g., integration, interface/API testing, and unit testing) for complex applications.

- Experience developing non-functional tests (i.e., performance testing, load testing, stress testing, security testing).

- Strong technical individual contributor with experience using modern quality engineering tools.

- Proven experience with test automation framework design and deployment across various tech stacks.

- Exposure to or interest in AI/GenAI testing methodologies, including model accuracy, performance, and ethical considerations, is a plus.

- Knowledge of AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and AI testing practices is beneficial.

- Experience with Code Quality tools (e.g., SonarQube) and Security Scanning tools (e.g., Snyk, BlackDuck).

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI) to integrate test automation with continuous deployment pipelines.

- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes and recommend new tools or methodologies.

- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, especially in agile environments.

- Passion for delivering high-quality, reliable software, with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
