Job Summary :

We are seeking a meticulous Salesforce Digital Experience Cloud QA Specialist to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of our Salesforce Experience Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce Digital Experience Cloud applications.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.

- Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.

- Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.

- Validate data integrity and accuracy across Salesforce Experience Cloud applications.

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.

- Maintain and enhance test automation scripts to improve testing efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

Experience :

- 3+ years of proven experience as a QA Specialist, preferably with a focus on Salesforce Digital Experience Cloud.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) and its capabilities.

- Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related discipline.
