Senior Recruiter - US Staffing

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Account Manager in US Staffing. The candidate will be responsible for Client Relationship Management, Time Management, Multi-tasking, Problem Solving and team management.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for high-end or niche requirements from the client
  
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Account Management, or Client services in Staffing
  
• Should have experience in handling State Clients or Direct Clients
  
• Must have Client facing capabilities and directly interact with clients to gather new requirements, and follow up on Submittals, interviews, and placements
  
• Must have experience in Client Management and a proven individual track record in staffing sales.

• Must have spoken with Fortune 500 companies

• Must have been in supplier call
  
• Need to be technically very strong
  
• Proficient in using recruitment tools and strategies
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Should be a target driven person
