Business Development Manager - US IT Staffing

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing client relationships for US IT-based clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in client management, client handling, lead generation, sales, and acquiring new clients and technical requirements from the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and generate leads for IT services and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with US IT clients to ensure continued business growth.
• Conduct market research and identify new potential clients in the US IT sector.
• Handle client communications, project requirements, and follow up on potential business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver optimal solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 2+ years in business development, client management, and lead generation, specifically within the US IT services sector.
• Strong understanding of sales cycles and expertise in client handling and relationship building.
• Experience with lead generation, sales strategies, and using CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
