Tekdis JD for Business Development Executive Role
Step into an exciting role with Tekdi Technologies Growth Team, where youll be
instrumental in identifying and converting business opportunities, strategic collaboration
opportunities for growth, impact and other dimensions of organisational growth. You will
help drive the day-to-day success of the organization by managing core elements of
business growth, marketing and client success.
We are searching for a candidate who is comfortable working in a cross-functional, Detail
oriented, highly dynamic environment and has experience supporting strategic changes
backed by data driven insights. This role will be hybrid, and based in our Pune office.
This role isn’t for someone looking for a traditional job description. We need someone who
learns new tools and skills quickly to solve problems. Most importantly, get things done.
It’s suitable for someone who has:
❖ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering,
IT/Computer Science or a related field with MBA
❖ 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience,
or equivalent demonstrated in an organisation involved in software services and
product development
❖ A self-starter and owner mentality - you can leverage the first principle thinking
and lead "first-time" assignments with no playbook from initial problem framing to
solution rollout.
In this role, you will be learning and contributing to following areas:
(Email Marketing, Digital Campaigns and other strategic marketing activities
targeted towards ICP)
End-to-End process to create winning responses & documentations for
RFPs/RFIs/ RFQs by collaborating with internal stakeholders
with key decision makers of high-value accounts to increase revenue, retain top
accounts, and improve pipeline quality
demonstrations and marketing collaterals to showcase the value of the company’s
offerings● Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between Client/Prospect and team
members (including Leadership Team, Business Unit Head and Technical team) for
addressing requirements with utmost priority to success of client and organisation
goals
strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience
design and present solutions that meet customers' specific needs
stages from lead generation to deal closure
and market needs to find new opportunities. Analyze business data and client
needs to create cost-effective strategies. Assess products, customer pain points,
and market demand to define unique value and messaging, aligning strategies for
growth.
to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
Finance, Legal and People team to ensure adherence to established business
processes
workshops, and representing Tekdi at regional/national events in the region with
prospect/industry
to the Leadership Team and Business Unit Heads
