Location: Hyderabad
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Ticketing Team Lead to manage a team of ticketing specialists who work with GDS platforms like Amadeus and Galileo, Manual ticketing.
Skills & Qualifications:
Educations: Graduate
Experience: At least 5-12 years of experience in a ticketing role with GDS platforms (Amadeus and/or Galileo), with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus and Galileo) for ticketing, booking, and reservations management, Reissuance, Issuance, PNR Creations, NDC, LCC, Manual Ticketing.
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
