1. Bookings for domestic and international flights for our B2B and B2C platform
2.Excellent understanding of GDS (Galileo or Amadeus)
3.Excellent understanding of domestic and international flight fares.
4.Responding promptly to customer enquiries.
5.Expertise in issuance, reissuance, and cancellations of tickets.
6.Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.

Candidate Profile

1. Good geographical knowledge, such as city codes, airport codes, and so on.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
